Rubbed Ribs

  • Rack of Ribs
  • Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
  • BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons - Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons - Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons - Dried mustard
  • 1 tablespoons - Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoons - Onion Powder
  • 2 tablespoons - Water
  • 2 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons - Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoons - Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoons - Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoons - Dried Oregano (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.  Spice both sides of rack and wrap in heavy duty aluminum foil sealing one end.  Poor in water and seal other end.  Cook in oven for 1 hour.  After one hour cove both sides in BBQ sauce and then "tent" with aluminum foil and cook for another 45 minutes.  After 45 minutes, remove foil, raise oven temp to 400 and cook for final 15 minutes.
