“Nothing separates and defines generations more than music. It empowers the powerless, gives strength to the weak and a voice to the voiceless. For generations music has been the soul of our youth. In the past the image of the teenage rebel has been the lone figure walking down the street with his “boom-box” blaring. Now it is the individual standing in the corner or sitting at the coffee house, listening to his or her mp3 player privately with its cheap white headphones. With this chair, the Symphonic Lounge, the individual is no longer forced to listen to music privately, but in a whole new fashion. This lounge envelopes the user: not only in its comfort, but in an entirely new audible experience.”
